Shipping & Delivery Policy

What you buy

• Creator listing (₹99/month or ₹594/year): your public profile is shown to businesses on MySheher for the period you paid for.
• Blue Tick (₹199/month or ₹1194/year): a blue tick, Sponsored placement in searches and the ability to pitch businesses, on top of a live listing.

When it's delivered

• Paid online: your plan switches on immediately after a successful payment. If your profile is still waiting for our review (usually within 24 hours), it goes live the moment it's approved, and the days you paid for start then.
• Paid by UPI ID with a reference number: we confirm the payment by hand, usually within a few hours and at most within 2 working days.
• You can see your plan, its end date and every payment on your dashboard and on the payment page.

If something doesn't switch on

If money left your account but your plan isn't showing after 24 hours, email info@mysheher.com with the date, amount and payment reference. We'll fix it or refund you under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Shipping

There are no physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, delivery addresses or courier partners.
